You must read the provisions that follow carefully because they constitute a contact establishing the general conditions of the products and services in the electronic catalog of the Company ILCS.

The “click” that you will execute after having completed your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will be worth irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

Consequently, you can only order products or services if you accept the conditions provided below.

1.Preamble

The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the electronic catalog of ILCS. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2. Purpose

This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of ILCS products on the Internet, via the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Electronic Money Centre.

3. Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned below will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
“Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between ILCS and a Consumer within the framework of a remote sales or service provision system organized by ILCS which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
“Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
·”Purchase order”: document that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by “double click” to commit him.
·”Order”: act by which the Consumer agrees to purchase Products and the ILCS Company to supply them to the “Consumer”.
6. Prices

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan dirhams including tax, participation in processing and shipping costs included; they are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer and are those in effect at the time of the order.
The purchase order and transactions are made in Moroccan dirhams.
Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

8.Validation

When you click on the “Place order” button after the order process, you declare that you accept it and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by ILCS constitutes proof of all transactions made on the sites and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The ILCS site confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address that the customer has provided.
ILCS reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or a problem with card eligibility.
If you are a minor, you must be represented by your legal representative.

9. Declaration

You declare that the information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements. ILCS may ask you to confirm your status if the documents provided are not sufficient and/or request confirmation from educational institutions.
The original of an identity document may be requested in store.
In the event of deception regarding your status, ILCS may cancel your order with a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams per card and this situation may give rise to prosecution before the competent authorities.

10. Execution of the order

After registration of the order, the card request will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After validation, your Card will be issued digitally and you will receive an email sent to the email address provided when ordering indicating the terms and conditions for accessing it via the ILCS application.
If you have also ordered a plastic card, your card will be printed within 4 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after validation of the order, then sent by standard mail to the address you provided (allow 7 to 10 working days).
You are responsible for the data you enter on the card order form. This data entered is used directly to produce your card. Any typing or spelling errors in the fields (Name, First name, Date of birth, etc.) cannot be the responsibility of ILCS and you will not be able to claim a new card production without paying a fee that amounts to at least 50% of the sale price.
In the event of unavailability of the Product ordered, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel his order.
He will then have the choice of requesting a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment

15. Cancel an order paid by credit card

You cannot be reimbursed for your card order once it has been validated, manufactured and shipped by ILCS.
We only reimburse orders placed on the website www.myisic.ma that do not comply with the conditions of eligibility and allocation to cards defined in Article 7 above. In this case, refunds will be made, less a penalty of 50 Moroccan dirhams, within 30 days or less. The refund will be made by crediting your bank account for orders paid by credit card.

16. Right of withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully reimbursed. The cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) can be reimbursed.
The customer must send his request for the right of withdrawal by email to infos@isic.africa. Returns of goods must be made to the following address: ILCS, 3 rue Bab El Mansour, Imm C, 1st floor, BU n° 3, Casablanca.

17. Warranty

All products sold on www.myisic.ma are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of the return of equipment that proves to be non-defective, transport and handling costs may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.

18. Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of ILCS constitutes proof of commercial transactions between you and the ILCS company.

19. Force majeure

ILCS is only required to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
